Why Podcasting
When he was tapped to be the “Terry Gross” of the real estate industry, Matt didn’t realize the level of passion and desire he had for this type of work. He finds his deep knowledge and over 20 years of experience in the industry to be useful as he interviews the leading minds in real estate on his podcast, Leading Voices.
He believes that podcasting is a great way to grow a business through thought leadership and credibility, but most importantly, he is passionate about showing the diverse value that real estate companies and leaders add to their cities. It’s inspiring both for leaders and young people interested in the industry.
